It takes the hood to save the Hood!
Attention Red Hook residents, leaders, and CBOs, together in solidarity we march with the Red Hook Community. Let’s stand up as One, together we are Stronger.
Exposure to violent events can be traumatic and can negatively impact multiple factors such as development, academic functioning, coping skills, and relationships. People are not only being exposed to violence within their communities at a much higher rate but also through technology. As social media platforms grow in popularity, so does cyberbullying, harassment, spreading personal information, and much more. Let’s support each other and fight against violence in our community. Let’s WALK for PEACE!
