What is Zoning? allows communities to understand the concepts behind zoning, as well as to look at the nuts and bolts of how rezonings can affect their neighborhoods. Stack/File: Selections from the Kentler Flatfiles Curated by Ana Torok Exhibition Dates: June 13 - July 26, 2015 Curator’s Talk & Opening Reception: Saturday, June 13, 4 - 6 pm Kentler International Drawing Space is pleased to present Stack/File: Selections from the Kentler Flatfiles, curated by Ana Torok. Featuring 42 works by 25 artists, Stack/File: Selections from the Kentler Flatfiles is a dual-platformed curatorial experiment designed to re-create the agency inherent to the process of exploring the Kentler Flatfiles. The first platform, Stack, is a traditional selections show using the layered and stacked storage of the Flatfiles as a theoretical catalyst to explore issues relating to superimposition. The second platform, File, is an online, conceptual record of the curatorial process, including the chronology of significant events leading up to the opening and expanded considerations of each artwork in the exhibition. Stack/File artists include: Tomie Arai, Ernst Benkert, Lucile Bertrand, Hovey Brock, Stephanie Brody-Lederman, Hedwig Brouckaert, Beth Caspar, Phillip Chen, Yvette Cohen, Grace DeGennaro, Karni Dorell, Pauline Galiana, Marietta Hoferer, Toine Horvers, Richard Howe, James Jack, Damon Kowarsky, Michael Kukla, Stephen Maine, Karen Helga Maurstig, Portia Munson, Florence Neal, Claudia Sbrissa, Matthew Thomas, Josette Urso Exhibitions & Events are open to the public Gallery hours: Thursday - Sunday, 12 - 5 pm

Where: The Red Hook Community Farm

Get delicous awesome veggies, and fruit grown right here in your own hood. The Red Hook CSA is open for signup! and we are expanding our membership and would LOVE to have you and your family join us. A weekly food share is provided for pick up every Saturday, payment is made ahead of the season to support the farmers and youths of Added Value. The 2015 season runs from June 20-November 21. Join the local food movement, and work side by side to help keep this vital 3-acre farm going.
