There is over $1 billion worth of work to be done (still in design) in rebuilding and resiliency at NYCHA developments in Nydia’s district alone (not including other projects outside her district), and folks need to get prepared to be able to qualify for these job opportunities. Since this is federal money we have Section 3 that targets local residents who need the work, but we’ve got to be ready, so do come out and pass the word!
