The Red Hook Community Resilience Corps is an AmeriCorps National Service Program that seeks to make Red Hook a safer, stronger, and more resilient community. AmeriCorps members are placed in the Housing Resource Center, Youth and Community Programs, and Peacemaking department within the Red Hook Community Justice Center. They are part of our unconventional programs and services offered that engage residents, promote
public safety, and build positive police and community relationships. Furthermore, AmeriCorps members conduct community service projects/ events that help beautify the Red Hook community.
Applicants must be 17+ years old, U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. For full-time and half-time positions applicants must have at least a high school diploma.
