Groundswell Community Paint Day

When: Feb 27, 2018 4:00-7:00 pm

Where: 110 W 9th Street

For the past few months, the Red Hook Justice Center has been working with Groundswell to bring a mural to Red Hook. It will be right across from the newly opened Senior Center on West 9th Street and should be completed in April. Next Tuesday, February 27th from 4:00-7:00pm is a Community Paint Day happening at the Miccio Center. This is an opportunity to see the mural design and for everyone to help with the painting. Everyone is welcome.  No painting experience necessary! The mural is being painted on parachute cloth and then will be installed on the wall (same process that was used for our mural in the “Mural Room”).
